Richardson Partnership for care - Residential care for people with brain injuries and learning disabilities in the midlands
Introduction
The Richardson Partnership identified the need for specialised care for both people with an Acquired Brain Injury and those people with a Learning Difficulty.

This ensures that our service users directly benefit from innovative staff, who are keeping abreast of new developments in the management of our services. Our continuity and retention of staff compliments the delivery of our service and gives security to our service users.
The Richardson Partnership for Care recognises the importance of having a full multi disciplinary team, having this in place supports the service users to reach their full potential and realise their goals and aspirations. This highly qualified team of specialists ensure that as a team, together we avoid crisis with good preventative intervention and support the staff to deliver a full and varied rehabilitation programme. Our service users needs are paramount to us and we will endeavor to deliver the best possible service that we can.
The input of our own multi-disciplinary team ensures that the correct support is accessed immediately as is required, our ethos is always in preventing crisis and reinforcing continued success for the service user.
As a priority we recognise that no one person is the same and this is clearly demonstrated in each service users individual care plan and person centred approach. We try to keep our homes small and intimate, this allows peer integration and equal amounts of privacy for the service user.
