Richardson Partnership for care - Residential care for people with brain injuries and learning disabilities in the midlands
Home Owners
Greg and Laura Richardson-Cheater
We are the managing partners of the Richardson Partnership for Care. For the last 10 years we have worked in strategic and operational management roles. Consequently we are committed to our Philosophy of Care and the benefits it gives to the Service Users.
In 2005 we both completed NVQs in strategic management and joined the Chartered Management Institute. Greg also has a diploma in Social Work.
The Richardson Partnership for Care was founded in 1989 by Brian and Jackie Richardson (Laura’s parents) to provide quality care for people with learning difficulties. After the success of the first home we branched out and created a home for people with acquired brain inquiries.
Over the years the partnership has continued to grow and flourish into the group of homes that it has today.
Testament to the commitment and dedication of our staff and service over the years is that most of the service users, who were originally placed within the homes, are still enjoying their life with us today.
