Jane became Service Manager in May 2011.
Her professional experience includes working with EMI patients, psychiatric patients in both a hospital and community setting, adults with Learning Difficulties and adults with an Acquired Brain Injury in the community.

Jacky Johnson
Homes Manager
Jacky recently joined the Richardson Partnership for Care as Home Manager and is in the process of registration.Jacky gained her Social Work qualification in 1993 and had worked for the Local Authority for 17 years, she then moved into the Independent sector in 2006 and has worked closely with adults with a history of mental health, learning disability and brain injury.

Dr Hugo Biehl MD MRCPsych
Dr Biehl has been with the Partnership since 2001 and has a wealth of experience within the NHS and
Dr Biehl has gained specialist qualifications as a Psychiatrist, Neuro Psychiatrist, and Psychotherapy. Dr Biehl has a special interest in Acquired Brain injury, Epilepsy and Organic Brain Syndrome.

Dr Lorraine Childs BSC Hons DClin Psych
Dr Lorraine Childs is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, who has worked with RPC since 2008. Dr Childs obtained a Practitioner Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2000 from the University of Surrey and since then has worked with populations with challenging behaviour, in the UK and New Zealand. She has been employed in the Health Service and with Independent/ Charitable Institutions, and in addition, has consistently maintained an Independent Practice to pursue her specialist interests of long-term rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injury and/or learning disabilities.
Wendy Coleman
Homes Manager
Wendy has worked in the Care sector since 1990, working for Local Authorities for more than 20 years. Wendy was a Manager in Residential Care for Elderly Dementia before transferring to Organisational Workforce Development, working as an Assessor and Internal Verifier. in this role, she supported Managers and Care Staff to achieve NVQs (QCF) in Adult Care; working across Elderly Residential, Home Care, Learning Difficulties, Care Management, Mental helath and Acquired Brain Injury.

Jackie Mann
Homes Manager
Jackie has been with the company for 10 years and is very experienced within care and management and was recently promoted to Homes Manager in 2011. Jackie is also responsible for assisting support workers to gain N.V.Q awards, and is highly qualified herself.
