Monitoring & Quality
Within the home there are various systems, which ensure that close monitoring is maintained on all the home’s services and procedures. Attention to the smallest detail is pivotal to everything that we do.
An important part of our quality programme is to involve the service users and their relatives. We regularly ask for comments on the home, the staff and the services we provide.
Regular reviews are carried out by our own dedicated review team on all our service users both internally and externally. To ensure continuity and that continued improvement is maintained, our own auditor carries out weekly checks on procedures, systems, records and health & safety issues. We are dedicated to consistently improving on our services, particularly the health & safety of our service users being paramount.
