Laura Richardson-Cheater - Managing Partner

Laura Richardson-Cheater

As Laura’s parents set up The Richardson Partnership for Care in 1989, she has grown up in the business and it is an integral part of her life. She lived and worked in the care homes as a teenager, starting as a trainee, then gaining marketing and business experience. Laura became a Director of RPC at the age of 21 and has worked full time in the organisation since leaving school. Her focus is on the strategic management of the business and retaining its strong ethics, particularly in relation to respect for service users and providing a high quality of care. Laura is a member of the Institute of Directors and The Chartered Management Institute.
