Wendy Coleman - Home Manager

Wendy Coleman

Wendy is the Manager at 23 Duston Road and has worked in the Care sector since 1990, working for Local Authorities for more than 20 years. She was a Manager in Residential Care for Elderly Dementia patients before transferring to Organisational Workforce Development, working as an Assessor and Internal Verifier. In this role, she supported Managers and Care Staff to achieve NVQs (QCF) in adult care; working across elderly residential, home care, learning difficulties, care management, mental health and acquired brain injury. She joined the Richardson Partnership for Care in September 2011.
