Care provision

The Richardson Partnership for Care specialises in supporting service users to achieve their potential, through the following:

We have five residential care homes in Northampton and have been providing specialist care for over 25 years. More information about our homes can be found here.

We work with Primary Care Trusts and referrers throughout the UK and Europe providing high quality care at a fair price. We aim to make the referral process as straightforward and swift as possible, completing assessments thoroughly and professionally, while minimising disruption for the service user.

Our dedicated admissions and referrals team is fully trained and equipped to handle your referrals and questions comprehensively, or to direct you to a senior member of the team if appropriate.

We’re also experienced in dealing with emergency referrals, managing them quickly and thoroughly to ensure the smoothest possible transition for the service user. Our dedicated out of hours emergency referral number is 07850 772634.

Person-centred care

We provide a residential care package to meet the needs of the individual, ensuring they have the right care, support and clinical psychology provision to meet their needs. Our multi-disciplinary team supports the service users in all aspects of their development and rehabilitation, enabling them to progress. More information about our specialist support is available here.

Admission and referral

Our inclusive pricing model includes all assessment, treatment, clinical psychology provision, residential care, activities and an annual holiday. It delivers excellent value for money and means that budgeting is straightforward and predictable. There is no continual or ad hoc requirement for extra funding and we can focus on achieving a positive outcome for the service user.

In our experience, delivering an inclusive care package with the right level of clinical psychology provision achieves continual and successful rehabilitation. By following this care pathway we have found that it prevents the need for crisis care, and so reduces long-term costs. This experience is consistent with published research, for example by Turner-Stokes, Paul and Williams [2006].

The Richardson Partnership for Care is a privately-owned, family-run business and we are committed to providing the right environment and care to enable service users to fulfil their potential and improve the quality of their life. We don’t have shareholders to pay and we take a long-term view, delivering high quality care at a fair price.
