More about our varied weekly activity schedule

Our weekly activity schedule is varied and optional – some people enjoy taking part in these activities, while others prefer the quiet of the lounge or the privacy of their bedroom.

Activities include:

  • Art and craft activity
  • ASDAN Qualifications
  • Baking
  • Beauty therapy
  • Bingo
  • Board games
  • Cinema trips
  • College courses
  • Computer sessions
  • Day trips
  • Gardening
  • Massage therapy
  • Music sessions
  • Outdoor sports
  • Pub and cafe visits
  • Swimming
  • Work placements

If you have your own hobbies and interests then we will strive to provide transport and staff support to enable you to do them. For example, our service users have taken educational courses at a local college or done voluntary work at riding stables. We also offer ASDAN qualifications so that you can learn new skills and gain awards for them. More information about ASDAN is found here.
